Usagi, Ami, Rei, and Luna go to a monster-themed pension on the coast for some training and relaxation. There they meet Sakiko, a young girl whose father is extremely protective and finds the Sailor Guardians noisy and bothersome. The pension staff note that there has been an increase in ghost sightings at the pension.
