Zero’s Guardian Pod makes its way to the SMG4 universe so it can try and finish what it’s arm started.
Originally titled “The Beginning of the End”.
- Contrived Coincidence: Seems like the Shreks obey SMG4 when he tells them to move aside, and even provides him with a vehicle he can use to help SMG4 and Axol chase after the one Shrek who took Mario. Turns out this is a trap.
- Conveniently Timed Distraction: Axol uses this when he's trying to get SMG4 to forget about the fanfic he's made shipping himself with Melony, only for it to turn out to be the Shrek having parked the car. It works anyways, as there were bigger problems to deal with.
- Demonic Possession: Implied, since it seems like Axol falls victim to this in this episode, courtesy of SMG0.
- Not Me This Time: SMG4 thinks that Mario is responsible for the army of Shreks that appears outside the castle at the start of the episode, then claims Axol did it instead. He's proven wrong when it was revealed that the one surviving piece of SMG0 (the eyeball) has been threatening E. Gadd into making the Shrek army.
- Oh, Crap!: Mario and SMG4 have this reaction when SMG0 manages to move their pod to capture Axol. They both swiftly try to break him out after this.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business:
- After Axol's incident with SMG0, Mario doesn't make any dumb jokes for the rest of the video.
- When Axol "recovers" from SMG0's attack on him, he frees himself from Melony's hug so that he could work on his "Japanese comics".
- Too Dumb to Live: When SMG4 reminds Mario that his death will result in the end of the universe, Mario responds by attempting to kamikaze SMG0's USB. He's completely fine in the next scene he appears in.
- Wham Episode: Not only does SMG0's USB reach the SMG4-verse in this video, but he already claims a victim in Axol, who seems to quite possibly be possessed by the villain. That, and we also get to see more of what the big baddie looks like.
- Wham Line: Even though Axol seemingly recovers at the end of the video, there's a clue that something's really wrong with him:Axol: Well, since that USB's not doing anything, I'm gonna go back to my Japanese comics, okay?
