When a new Org gives Cole amnesia, dark secrets of his past come to light. Meanwhile, Toxica and Jindrax discover the terrible truth of the Master Org's identity.

- Despair Event Horizon: At his parents' grave, Cole feels his entire quest has been pointless and doesn't know what to do now. Alyssa and Taylor manage to shake him of this.

- "Eureka!" Moment: When Cole asks how class went today, Alyssa says they worked on computers. She suddenly realizes she can use the library's computer to perform a search for Cole's parents.

- Five-Second Foreshadowing: We get a look at the complete photo when Alyssa first tells the others what she found, but the camera quickly pans away from the third person's face before viewers can get a really good look at him.
