Master Xandred has finally returned and the Sanzu River is ready to burst into the human world. In order to stop him for good, Lauren performs the Sealing Symbol she had spent her entire life mastering. However, when the unexpected happens, it seems that Xandred has become invincible. With the final battle on the horizon, can the Rangers rally to stop the ruler of the Nighloks before the world is submersed in Sanzu water?

This unfortunately means that not only was Lauren's training and Jayden's secret for naught, but their father's plan was a complete failure. It was even lampshaded.

- Mood Whiplash: The last thing you ever see before the rock action credit music kicks in is the rangers on the ground signed after being defeated by Master Xandred just as the former heads off to capture Lauren.

- Plan B Resolution: With the Sealing Symbol, the one thing that seemed to be able to stop Xandred, having failed, Jayden rallies the Rangers and declares they'll stop him the old fashion way: by destroying him like any other monster.
