Team Hectic is finally driven off, and Professor Ironwood is safe from their grimy clutches.
An emergency meeting between the ministers of the Tenla Government occurs as they discuss what to do about Team Hectic's sudden reappearance in Zumi Town. Opinions are shared, but ultimately, it is agreed the government should be as a discreet as their enemies — act, but not get their overzealous Tenlans involved.
Back in Zumi Town, the young heroes are in the park catching up while their Pokemon play. The humans discuss their past while Rockler discloses information about the Tenla Region. Needlessly, as the day draws to a close, everybody reaffirms their companionship and get ready to tackle a new region together.
The chapter concludes with Giovanni ordering James, Jessie, and Meowth to keep a sharp eye on Tenla and especially Team Hectic, leaving his intentions unknown to them and he audience.
