- Theme Music Power-Up: "We are One and All" plays in the climax of the final battle with Ameno-Sagiri, kicking off as the Investigation Team begins to unlock their Ultimate Personas.

- Adachi goes from being something of a pushover in the game to having three Reapers (One of the most powerful foes in the Persona series) working for him. He also pretty much manhandles Yu for most of the fight.
