Owen returns to ask Nikita to come to London with him, as he's found the second black box. He is growing increasingly obsessed, edged on by withdrawal from the Regimen, a drug that the Guardians take. He wants to release the contents of the black box to the public. Nikita disagrees and points out that the last time something from the black box was released, Ryan was almost murdered. Owen then turns on Nikita.
Michael asks to be allowed to London, under the guise of trying to catch Owen. The two of them track down Owen, who has killed the other Guardian as well as a whole Division team, and stop him from uploading the black box secrets to the public.
Later, he apologizes for killing Daniel and decides that he needs to figure out who he is without the drugs alone.
Meanwhile, Amanda hooks up Alex to a lie detector. After being caught in a lie, Alex manages to spin technical truths in such a way that she ends up looking innocent.
