• Adaptational Expansion: The Dream Game expands on the Ultra Recon Squad and their home city of Ultra Megalopolis. In here, they're shown to be travelling to different dimensions in order to capture the Ultra Beasts wrecking havoc there. Additionally, Ultra Megalopolis is expanded into a more explorable location, complete with various locations and side quests the Player can get from the Ultra Recon Squad.
• Alternate Self: Each universe has these, with one acting as a post game boss:
  • Flooded Hoenn features a now bearded Norman, an older Wally, and Lisia acting as the new guardian of Sootopolis. You can face Wally at full power in the post-game.
  • Invaded Kalos features Diantha and the alternate Team Berserk admins Bjorn and Kara. The alternate Sigurd acts as the post game boss.
  • Primal Unova features caveman versions of Hilda, Elesa, and Alder. A prehistoric N also appears as the post game boss.
  • Futuristic Sinnoh features a good version of Cyrus and after the Ultra Beast is captured, he'll let you attend business meetings which features other alternate canon characters who'll give the player Pokmeon related items that can't be found anywhere else. In the post game, the player gains access to the distortion world where the original evil version of Cyrus can be fought as the post game boss.
  • Dystopian Kanto has a successful Giovanni and Archer ruling over the region. The post game boss is an alternate version of Green who is a Rocket Admin in this verse.
• Alternate Universe:
  • Flooded Hoenn is a unierse where Team Aqua succeed in their plans of Kyogre flooding the world, creating the disaster known the "Arch Wave". It's stated by Lisia that Wallace died in the flood, and it's implied May died as well. Xuriktree is on the loose, and it's threatening the bring down the borders of Sootopolis.
  • Invaded Kalos is a world where Team Berserk didn't stop their ways of slaying Dragon types. After successfully slaying every dragon in their home region, they have now turned their sights to Kalos. After fending off the invasion, Stakataka can be found where the ships first appeared.
  • Primal Unova is a prehistoric version of Unova with caveman calling Pokemon from the wild to assist. Both Buzzwold and Phermosa are here and are being worshiped by the locals.
  • Futuristic Sinnoh is a world where Cyrus never went evil and became a scientist, turning the region into a hi-tech utopia. With his help, the player tracks down Kartana quarantined in the power plant of Hearthome City.
  • Dystopian Kanto is one where Team Rocket won against Red and they took over the region. There's pollution everywhere, Vermillion City is now a ruined urban city, while both Lavendar Town and Saffron City have turned into nightlife cities with Rocket buildings where famous landmarks once were. When Phyco is rescued, he explains that Giovanni has got the power of Guzzlord for himself, and it's up to the player to stop him from using it for nefarious purposes.
• Distressed Dude: Phyco ends up captured in the final universe, and it's up to the player to save them.
• For Want Of A Nail: In the alternate Sinnoh verse, Cyrus' grandparents never abandoned him and he thus never went on to form Team Galactic. He then decided to pursue science instead.
• Hub Level: Ultra Megapolois act as this.
• Prehistoria: The alternate Unova is a prehistoric version of this.
