- Barbie Doll Anatomy: Zig-zagged. One clip has a character implying that minifigures don't have genitals ("I have to pee." "With what?") while another clip has a character commenting about LEGO pants being good at hiding erections.
- Creator Backlash: In-Universe, Chris is annoyed about making this episode and admits that he and Ian are only making it to try and get more views.
- Does This Make Me Look Fat?: One clip has a woman asking this, only for a man to tell her that all the outfits she wears make her look the exact same size.
- Gainax Ending: Played for Laughs. The episode ends with Chris and Ian in clown costumes, with Ian firing a "Bang!" Flag Gun saying "Done." and Chris riding around on his scooter saying "Banana.".
- How Many Fingers?: Parodied in one clip when a minifigure, who are known for having clawed hands, asks this.
- The Noseless: One clip has Michael lampshading how minifigures don't have noses to another doctor and running away when a minifigure who does have a nose appears.
- Perpetual Smiler: In the first clip:Man 1: I hate my job.
Man 2: Then why are you smiling?
Man 1: My face is stuck like this. - Raging Stiffie: One clip has a soccer player on a bench commenting about how good LEGO pants are at hiding erections. Cue all of the other teammates staring at him.
