While everyone in town plays games, Stephanie and the Mayor go butterfly-watching and Robbie tries and fails to get rid of all the sportscandy in town. Sportacus leaves to help the Mayor, and Robbie plans to make everyone in town lazy via a magic book of spells and a wizard's disguise.
After misfires that make him active, Robbie successfully concocts a potion to make everyone lazy. The potion's effect covers the entire town, but it doesn't affect anyone outside of town. It's up to Stephanie, Sportacus, and the Mayor to make everyone active again with a counterspell that requires plenty of sportscandy!
