The famous Mediterranean chef, Pablo Fantastico, has come to town to help the Mayor cook for Miss Busybody. Inspired by the TV chef Rottenfood, Robbie Rotten plans to give everyone canned, unhealthy food that makes you lazy. When his initial plan to run his own restaurant fails, Robbie disguises himself as Pablo and kidnaps the real deal, but Sportacus saves him. With two Pablos running around town, the chef decides to settle things with a cook-off!
