Bobby's new pet python gets stuck in the toilet and Animal Control hypes the situation into a crisis.

Tropes:

  • Broken Pedestal: Dale at first admires Tommy and Rallo, even joining their workplace. But once he sees what selfish jerks they are and that their Snake Mission Control room is actually their entertainment room, the admiration goes away.
  • Dog Got Sent to a Farm: Hank lies to Bobby and says that Josh (the snake) went to go live on a farm, when in reality he was beaten to death by the trio of exterminators.
  • Dude, Where's My Respect?: This is Tommy and Rallo's mentality as they believe that no one really respects them for doing their jobs and are being underpaid for it.
  • Fake Ultimate Hero: What Tommy and Rallo become as they use the snake hysteria to gather appreciation and additional funding.
  • Misblamed: The reason why Hank makes Dale join Animal Control, as he (and Peggy and Bobby) get scorned by Arlen and its neighboring cities for letting the snake loose in the sewers and wants his name cleared. Despite this, Hank never actually points the finger of blame to Lucky, the one who actually started it all.
  • Karma Houdini: Lucky, the dumbass who launched this whole mess by buying Bobby the snake in the first place, is never made to pay for his irresponsible actions.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: While Tommy is voiced by John Goodman, Rallo actually looks like Goodman.
  • Police Are Useless: Or rather, Animal Control is useless as Tommy and Rallo use the snake in order create a hysteria and become celebrities since they believe if they kill the snake, people won't respect them anymore.
  • Shout-Out: Hank and Dale going into the sewers to get rid of the snake is a reference to Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets here Harry and Ron go to the sewers of Hogwarts in order to get rid of a snake themselves.
  • Special Guest: John Goodman as Tommy the exterminator.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Lucky causes the whole snake mess to start with by giving Bobby the snake. It's ultimately forgotten about once the news gets out, and Lucky more or less never gets blamed for this.
