Although Takeru was able to revive Kanon, his temporary life is still fading away. Though Akari and Onari were glad to see Makoto smile, they still wish that Takeru had revived himself. The pair are devoting all the remaining time to helping him. Akari throws herself into studying the Monolith while Onari, along with Shibuya and Narita, search throughout the city for the scattered Eyecons.
Meanwhile, Aran, having witnessed the power of the Eyecons, rebukes Javel’s waste of the Gundari. In turn, Javel decides to kill Takeru and Makoto in order to make up for his failure. On the morning of Takeru’s 99th day, the end of the time limit, Narita arrives at the temple injured and tells everyone that Javel kidnapped Shibuya.
Takeru rushes out to face Javel. Kamen Rider Ghost vs. Superior Ganma. Will Takeru win and come back to life with the Eyecons or will his life end here?!
- Came Back Strong: After Takeru is revived thanks to his father, he acquires the Toucon Boost Eyecon, with Toucon Boost Damashii form being strong enough to outright defeat Javel in a one-on-one duel.
- Curbstomp Battle: Javel vs Takeru, followed by Javel vs Makoto. Reversed in a truly epic fashion when Takeru returns with Boost.
- Disappears into Light: Takeru's second death happens like this, with a personal light ball over him for added effect.
- Distressed Dude: Shibuya gets captured by Javel to bait out Takeru.
- Opening Shout-Out: Feathers that show shots of Takeru's past like the ones in the opening appear as Takeru is dying.
- So Proud of You: Ryu comments how proud he is about his son after the two meet in the afterlife.
- Tranquil Fury: When he returns to fight Javel again, Takeru is clearly ticked off. He doesn't say a single word except for his Pre-Mortem One-Liner the entire fight.
