It's getting close to Christmas and through the combined efforts of the doctors, the only remaining game not yet cleared is Shakariki Sports. However, Dan is up to something and needs some finishing touches for his special game.

This Episode contains the following Tropes:

  • Back from the Dead: Believe it or not, the Salty Bugster from the first episode returns and claims he leveled up. Too bad Emu did as well.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: The four doctors in Level 5 show how outclassed Genm's Level 3 mode is. With the added bonus of some teamwork, they manage to bring Genm's gauge to almost 0.
    • Before that, Level 3 Ex-Aid basically trumped Salty Bugster, and would have easily defeated him in a minute had Genm not interfere.
  • Near-Death Experience: In order for the Dangerous Zombie Gashat to work, it needs the data of death. Genm uses his game over sequence to absorb the data, surviving what could have been his death.
  • Power of Trust: The main theme this episode is Kiriya still questioning Kyotaro's legitimacy towads Emu, but Emu still trusts Kyotaro for saving his life. After talking with one of the nurses that was part of Emu's surgery, Kiriya finally decides to trust Emu and announce he will work with him.

  • Thanatos Gambit: Kuroto tried to attack Asuna and the patient with a critical strike, only for Emu to stop him and empty his health gauge. Either he kills the young patient and gets his data on death, or he dies and gets the data on death anyway. Either way he gets to keep on living thanks to the Dangerous Zombie Gashat. He also needed all 10 games to be cleared and Ex-Aid's attack on him did just that by clearing the last game, Shakariki Sports.
  • Wham Episode: The other three doctors, besides Kiriya, learn that Kuroto is Kamen Rider Genm. Plus, Kuroto used his own game over experience to power up the Dangerous Zombie Gashat, meaning the doctors' real fight has just begun.

    Gashat Count: Ex-Aid: 4 Brave: 2 Snipe: 2 Lazer: 2 Genm: 2
