Sento: A war’s erupted between Touto and Hokuto over the immense energy within Pandora’s Box. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, beats Kamen Rider Grease in a proxy battle, but Seito takes the opportunity to gain control of Hokuto ...and declares war on Touto.
Ryuga: By the way, why haven't I been more prominent lately?
Sento: Don't worry, you were never that prominent to begin with.
Ryuga: Bullshit! My strength is so daddy it beats a thousand men!
Sento: Hm? You mean "deadly"? Well we don't need Banjou the Musclehead anyway... please go ahead with episode 24.
The true identity of Kamen Rider Rogue was Gentoku Himuro, the former Prime Minister of the Touto government! After being banished from Touto, he relied on Nanba Heavy Industries and became a Rider fighting for Seito. What happened to him when he says "I experienced hell?" On the other hand, Sento's problems have only gotten worse. Every time it looks like one war has ended another one suddenly begins. It's an incredible sense of irony that none of them can seem to ever escape from. Suddenly, something strange starts to happen to Misora's body which captures Sento's attention.
Episode Tropes:
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Rogue continues to show who's the boss against our hero's, even defeating Build Hazard!
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Well, more like Green Eyes, but Misora has these at the end.
- Rivals Team Up: Kazumi proposes to Sento that they work together in order to stand a chance against Rogue and Seito's forces.
- Training from Hell: According to Gentoku, he went through hell in order to become a Kamen Rider. Given what we saw, he's not wrong.
