Mr. Cat and Quack Quack participate in Kaeloo's new lottery. Quack Quack wins every time, and Mr. Cat starts to suspect that Kaeloo is cheating.
"Let's Play Lady Luck" contains the following tropes:
- Call-Back: Mr. Cat brings up the events of "Let's Play Golf" to prove that Kaeloo is not above cheating.
- Face Fault: Kaeloo announces that the winner of one round is Mr. Cat, only to realize that she made an error and Quack Quack won again. Stumpy, Mr. Cat, and Pretty do a face fault.
- Forgiven, but Not Forgotten: At the end of "Let's Play Golf", Stumpy and Mr. Cat forgive Kaeloo for cheating at golf, but in this episode, they reference the incident when trying to prove that she is a cheater.
- Out-of-Character Moment: Pretty treats Kaeloo like her best friend and isn't rude to Stumpy.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Kaeloo gives Mr. Cat a giant gift box and says it's a surprise for him. Mr. Cat is overjoyed that for once in his life, something good is happening to him. The "surprise" in the box turns out to be Bad Kaeloo, who promptly beats the tar out of him.
