The main four play soccer, which brings out Mr. Cat and Stumpy's competitive side.
"Let's Play Ball" contains the following tropes:
- Burning Rubber: Mr. Cat and Stumpy kick a soccer ball in the same direction at the same time with a lot of force, causing the ball to go super fast and leave a trail of flames behind it. It goes just to the side of the goal.
- Epic Fail: Mr. Cat and Stumpy put their combined effort into kicking the ball perfectly, only for it to miss the goal by a few inches.
- Camera Abuse: Mr. Cat kicks Quack Quack towards the camera and this ends the episode.
- Furry Reminder: When Kaeloo shows Mr. Cat the ball, he pounces on it and starts playing with it like a real cat would.
- Severed Head Sports: Mr. Cat kicks a soccer ball towards Quack Quack, the goalie, who blocks it. He then activates the bomb he had hidden inside the soccer ball, so Quack Quack's head is blown off, and Stumpy plays soccer with the head.
