While Lucy and Ricky prepare to perform the tango for the PTA, a feud is bubbling between Ricky and Fred, due to their chickens not laying eggs, Lucy convinces Ethel that the two hide store bought eggs in the coop, to cool their heads. Unfortunately the two are forced to hide the eggs, leading to a sequence of Lucy tangoing with six dozens eggs hidden in her blouse.
