• Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: In addition to having his parole revoked for his actions in the season premiere, House has also had an additional 8 months tacked on to his sentence.
• Wham Line: The prison guard who tells House the Dean of Medicine from his hospital has come to visit him refers to the Dean as "he" after House says to tell the Dean he does not wish to see "her", revealing Cuddy is no longer running the hospital.
