A man at a fancy restaurant is throwing dinner rolls at another table. When confronted, he claims it wasn't him, and starts bleeding from his eyes.

The next morning, Dr. House wakes up, pleased to find Dr. Cuddy's lipstick on his cheek, but she's nowhere to be found; maybe she already went home. At the hospital, Cuddy's acting as if they didn't have sex the night before.

The man from the restaurant is brought to the hospital. The two halves of his brain (left and right) seem to be disconnected. The team put him in front of three monitors and ask him to say the words that come on the monitors. He seems to ignore the words on the monitor to his left.

House takes thermal imaging of Cuddy, but Dr. Wilson says this proves nothing: her increased body temperature is more likely the result of rage than of arousal.

An old man (Carl Reiner) barges into House's office, sounding very loony. House doesn't take him seriously, so he has the old man deliver a stool sample in a brown paper bag directly to Dr. Cuddy.

The patient hits his girlfriend, she understands it's because of his brain condition. The patient's deodorant could be the key to the whole case.

House announces to everyone in the hospital lobby that he had sex with Cuddy. Cuddy's furious and fires House. Just then he notices the old man is adjusting his belt, and Dr. Taub tells House about the special deodorant, leading House to realize multiple things at the same time.

House goes to see Cuddy, who then takes him to see Wilson. Dr. Cameron and Dr. Chase get married as Wilson takes House to Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital. Cuddy, Foreman, Hadley and Taub are at the wedding.
