Finally growing infuriated with his attempts of finding his sister ending up fruitless, Asahi lures Taiyou and forces him to help him find Satou's address. In the meantime, Satou has to begrudgingly ask her aunt for help with her getaway.
An Eternal Moment with You provides examples of:
- Calling the Old Man Out: Satou calls her aunt out on how her definition of love was wrong and that because of her, she wanted some fashion of compensation for it.
- Dramatic Irony: Asahi tries to call Shouko on his cell phone, unaware of her death in episode 9.
- Entitled Bitch: Satou believes that her aunt owes her assistance for poisoning her mind with her idea on love.
- Faking the Dead: Part of Satou's scheme: she would dress Shouko in her clothing before setting the room on fire. In the events of the remains being found? They'd assume Satou perished in the fire.
- Laser-Guided Karma: As a result of going against Asahi's orders, Mitsuboshi goes to the apartment room himself only to realize that it was the wrong apartment room. And Satou's Aunt happened to still be in the room at the time...
- Let's Get Dangerous!: Asahi not only carries the bat he acquired from the previous episode, but he also threatens to rip Mitsuboshi's fingernails off in the exact same way his father did years ago.
