Lifty and Shifty must endure a harsh Heat Wave. Though, after kidnapping Cro-Marmot and trapping him inside their apartment, they struggle to get out of their increasingly freezing room.

- While he didn't actually star in this episode, Cro-Marmot actually has a lot of screen time in this compared to the other episodes he appears in.
- And to lesser extent, Lifty and Shifty. Not counting the TV season, this is their first starring role in an internet episode since "Milkin' It" which was 7 years ago.
- Eye Scream: Shifty's death. He slips and his eye is impaled by an icicle.
- Half Way Plot Switch: The episode begins with Lifty and Shifty trying to cool down from the hot weather, but then changes to them trying to escape their increasingly cold apartment.
- Heat Wave: The heat wave outside is enough to fry a brain.
- Human Popsicle: Excluding Cro-Marmot, the episode has rather odd variation of it involving Lifty. He has his body explode into pieces but they end up encased in ice. Here's an image of it if you can't picture it yourself
◊. - Karmic Death: Lifty and Shifty get this after killing Nutty (albeit by accident) and kidnapping Cro-Marmot.
- Made of Plasticine: Nutty's death is rather infamous to the fans as he just falls down, but his head explodes leaving his brain to come out.
- Mind Screw: The entire second-half of the episode really screws with the concept of something being frozen. Even fire gets frozen.
- Shout-Out: The title for this episode is reference to the 1968 song "Helter Skelter".
- They Killed Kenny Again: Nutty, Lifty and Shifty die in this episode.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Giggles, Petunia, and Cro-Marmot survive this episode.
- Villain Episode: The brothers try to keep cool by kidnapping Cro-Marmot.
- Villain Protagonist: Lifty and Shifty as usual.
