Odielocks and the Three Cats


While waiting for his microwave lasagna to cool, Garfield decides to tell Odie his version of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears", by changing it to "Odielocks and the Three Cats".

Quack to the Future


Orson yells at Wade after he spills oil all over him. Orson then feels bad about it, and dreams that everyone are scientists that have invented a time machine. Then they visit the future and see Wade is about to go to Mars.

Beddy Buy


After Garfield breaks his bed, he and Jon go out to buy a new one.

  • The Cameo: When Orson travels too far back in time, he comes across Garfield about to kick Odie off the table.
  • Domestic Appliance Disaster: Orson puts too much soap in the washing machine, resulting in Roy's coop being flooded with soap bubbles.
  • Imagine Spot: Orson fantasizes about inventiong a time machine and travelling to the future, where Wade has decided to go to Mars because Orson yelled at him.
  • Pop-Culture Pun Episode Title: This episode's title is a reference to Back to the Future.
  • True Companions: At the end of the episode, Wade decides to help Orson clear away the excess of soapy water after Roy, Lanolin, Booker and Sheldon all refuse, because Orson is his true friend, and true friends help each other. That, and his best socks are in the load.
  • Time Machine: While getting his coveralls washed, Orson fantasizes about inventing a time machine from the machine machine so that he can go back in time and stop himself from yelling at Wade.

  • Big Eater: Garfield grabs a large quantity of food, much to Jon's ire. Jon angrily tells Garfield that he told him he could only have a light snack. Garfield insists that it is a light snack, as a big one includes soup.
  • Bland-Name Product: "MasherCard", a parody of MasterCard, is shown during "Hello Charge Card".
  • Good-Times Montage: As Garfield mourns the loss of his old bed, he remembers the many holidays he celebrated in it; Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and his birthday.
  • Kids Prefer Boxes: Garfield wants an expensive cat bed, then sleeps in the box it came in. Jon, not willing to let all the money he spent on the bed go to waste, crawls into the cat bed himself.
  • Murphy's Bed: As Garfield tries out a fold-out couch bed, he complains "This couldn't be any less comfortable!" The bed then folds up, to which Garfield says "I was wrong; this is less comfortable."
  • Non Sequitur, *Thud*: After Garfield gets hit on the head with a ham, he says "Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi! You're my only hope!"
  • Shockingly Expensive Bill: It's not said specifically how much the Catnap VII bed costs, but judging from Jon's reaction, it wasn't cheap.
  • Wacky Waterbed: At the mall, Garfield tries out various beds, most of which he finds uncomfortable. He warms up to a waterbed up until he claws it, causing the waterbed to leak.
