EE mountain world
- Underground Level: Most of the level takes place in the underground of a mountain, which often limits movement around the level's hazards.
- Welcome to Hell: The introductory sign in the level advises the player to "enjoy it before you go to spike hell."
I Wanna Be The Guy
- Boss Rush: There's a Boss Rush mode that goes through the level's bosses, but won't count as a completion for the campaign.
- Easy-Mode Mockery: The easiest difficulty in the level, Medium, is referred to as "wuss mode" in a sign.
TTL: Spike Edition
- Remixed Level: This level is a spike-filled remake of Thegame's "The Terrible Level".
- Self-Deprecation: The title of the level is TTL, which is short for "The Terrible Level".
- Stylistic Suck: The Level-Map Display resembles an unoriginal boxed minigame level, in an unflattering dull brown.

One of the six original campaigns, and one of the only Exteme-difficulty campaigns.
Contains the following worlds:
- NC Naos Antediluvian by Addi
- I Crew Persian Peril by Polis
- Technological Terror by Misamic and DCLevels
- Spidey's Abode by the player Spiderman
- EXPro Forgotten Veil by EX Crew
General
- Content Warnings: The campaign description has a brief warning of medical issues arising from the campaign, presumably a joke about its difficulty.
- Fun with Acronyms: "Fractured Fingers" is officially shortened as "FFS", an acronym of a certain phrase often used to express frustration. It's fitting for a campaign that is rated as one of the hardest.
- Our Lawyers Advised This Trope: Parodied—the campaign description claims no responsibility for medical issues, as unlikely that would be.
Technological Terror
- Eternal Engine: This world is filled with all sorts of large machinery.
Worst:
The hardest of them all.
Contains the following worlds:
- Be gone. by Kiraninja
- Forgotten Helix by Muffin
- Bad EE Level 8 by Master1
- Infinity Pain by Bad
- Octo's Fun Castle by Pingohits
General
- Achievement Mockery: The hardest campaign, yet it has the worst badge for completing it.
- Bragging Rights Reward: Unlike other campaigns, Worst has never had Time Trials, or any rewards beyond its low quality badge.
- Brutal Bonus Level: The campaign was once unlocked by completing Fractured Fingers, Perpetual Frustration, Bittersweet, and Trial & Terror. It is the hardest campaign, earning the exclusive Insane difficulty.
- Harder Than Hard: This is the sole campaign to use the Insane difficulty, breaking the Basic-to-Extreme difficulty scale used for all other campaigns.
- I Don't Like the Sound of That Place: "Be gone.", "Bad EE Level 8", and "Infinity Pain" are about as difficult as the names suggest.
- My Name Is ???: The description for the campaign is simply "???", fitting its obscurity as it was one of the only hidden campaigns.
- Stylistic Suck: This campaign's badge is a crudely-drawn picture of the sun and clouds.
Bad EE Level 8
- Self-Deprecation: The name of the level, "Bad EE Level 8" is a jab at itself.
Forgotten Helix
- Remixed Level: This level is a remake of "EXPro Forgotten Veil", made harder by the massive amounts of spikes found everywhere.
Octo's Fun Castle
- Super-Fun Happy Thing of Doom: This level is not a fun place to be in, despite what the name would suggest. The level begins with burning magma and spikes as hazards, and is overall extremely difficult.
