Elena takes a trip to the Kingdom of Norberg to help Queen Abigail resolve a dispute with King Hector, who rules a neighboring kingdom.

- The episode follows up on Elena first meeting Queen Abigail in the previous episode, "The Incredible Shrinking Royals".
- Isabel refers back to how she didn't get along with her classmate Javier until they had to work on a group project together, but it didn't mean that they became friends.

- Gibbespeake Island gives Elena the idea to strand Abigail and Hector there until they can make a raft out of its trees.
- Hector expresses interest in riding on a jaquin, which Elena uses to convince him to go to Gibbespeake Island and try again to work together with Abigail.
- Easily Forgiven: Subverted. As it's been very soon after the events of the previous episode, Elena is still angry at Esteban for attempting to sabotage the feast. Esteban feels guilty for it and tries to make up for it by giving her her father's book to help her learn how to mediate. Elena is thankful for this and almost wants to forgive him, but doesn't want to focus on it right now and Esteban excuses himself, wishing Elena a safe journey. The awkwardness of the conversation does not go unnoticed by the others.
- Friendless Background: Hector mentions that he knows how to do things like make button knots because he spent a lot of time alone as a kid and jokes that it was because the other kids weren't cool enough to be around him.
- Has a Type: Depending on your tastes, Gabe seems to be attracted to friendly princesses and/or Norbergian girls, judging by his Ship Tease with Chloe.
- Mundane Utility: Hector leaves his shoes with Abigail, who then orders her men to throw it into the "royal fire". They obey it without hesitation and a fire flaring up is promptly heard offscreen.
- Pun:
- The episode name is one for the Nobel Peace Prize, though a Norberg Peace Prize is never mentioned in the episode.
- Norberg has its own aurora borealis, which is called the Norberg lights as opposed to the Northern Lights.
- Ship Tease: Chloe has a Love at First Sight moment when she first sees Gabe and immediately goes to him to show him around the royal palace. And they apparently spent the whole day with each other... though Chloe does get touchy with him, she realizes that he wishes he could hang out with Naomi and her family since they're the reason he came to Norberg in the first place. Chloe then tells him that it's standard to watch the Norberg lights with someone you care about a lot.
