The Bienvenido Bridge—the bridge between Avalor and Cordoba—is finally open, but all the noise at the bridge wakes up and angers the Rocador who lives on the nearby Monfuego. Elena turns to her Rocador friend, Charoca, and asks him to help. However, that Rocador turns out to be a girl, whom Charoca falls in love with. Apparently, this poses a problem when he wants to win her over and lies to her.
