Everybody at the Halidom prepares to celebrate Dragonyule together. Upon finding out that sylvan and dragons don't know about dragonyule from Luca and Mym, Euden decides to set up the Dragonyule to be available to all. Just as he plans this out, all of the Dragonyule decorations are stolen by fiends, prompting the crew to prioritize getting the decorations and presents back.
After recovering some of the decorations, the crew prepares to decide on who should play the role of Saint Starfall for the year. After much though, Euden decides on three Saint Starfalls and gives the roles to Xander, Nefaria, and Cleo.
Jeanne D'Arc arrives upon hearing about fiends attacking the villages. Mym, however, feels she needs to enjoy herself alongside everybody else and forces her to don a costume for Dragonyule as well.
With more fiends attacking, the crew puts in as much effort to clear them out to ensure they can have a Dragonyule that would be remembered by all.
Once the remainder of the fiends have been dealt with, the crew proceeds with exchanging gifts. Cleo thanks Euden for allowing her to take part in the holiday as she and the rest of the crew give him a gift, which turns out to be a crown. Grateful for the gift, Euden swears that he will ensure the Halidom will be a place where everyone can live in peace.

- Reluctant Fanservice Girl: Both Cleo and Jeanne consider their Dragonyule costumes to be rather embarrassing.
