While working on a new space laser, Dr. Havoc is confronted by the worlds youngest superheroes, Action Boy and Fantasti-Girl. He must explain to them why two children saving the world from violent killers and super villains is not the best idea.

- Brick Joke: Havoc accidentally teaches Fantasti-Girl the word "rapist" when he first meets her; at the end of the episode, she asks her mother (on the phone) what said word means.
- Curious as a Monkey: Fantasti-Girl behaves like the young child she is when she's in Von Duct's lab.Von Duct: Ah ah ah! Little girl, zat is not a toy!
- Deconstruction: Of the Kid Hero trope. This episode showcases on how children are far too physically, mentally, and emotionally immature to be real superheroes.
- Goo-Goo-Godlike: Toby AKA Captain Baby.
- I Resemble That Remark!:Havoc: You guys are way too young to be out there fighting murderers and rapists!Fantasti-Girl: What's a rapist?Havoc: Oh, no, Jesus. Um, never mind.
- I Want My Mommy!: Brandon combines this with Punctuated! For! Emphasis! after his arm's been broken for a bit.
- Kids Are Cruel: The henchmen, who have the minds of 8-to-12-year-olds, start cheering over their victory over stopping Action Boy... as the latter is bawling uncontrollably over said henchmen accidentally breaking his arm.
