This volume contains examples of:

• Bowdlerize: As was the case in Topsy Turvy, Esmeralda's pole dance is not shown during the titular song, the lyric "It's the day the devil in us gets released/It's the day we mock the prig and shock the priest" is changed to "Good is bad and best is worst and west is east/On the day we think the most of those with least", and "Where the beer is never stopping" is changed to "Where the cheer is never stopping".
