A thunderstorm has started a fire, which thanks to more tar seeping up from the ground, quickly surrounds the garage leaving only Ty to find the elusive Hydrodon named Flynt to help put it out before the heat melts everyone.

- Blunt "Yes":Skrap-It: I did good, didn't I, D-Structs? I'm pretty good at being evil, huh?
D-Structs: Do you always need a "Good job" and a pat on the head?
Skrap-It: Yes, yes I do.
D-Structs: (Annoyed growl) - Borrowed Catchphrase: As the group decides to try and build a small ramp for Ton-Ton to jump over the fire with, the group wonders who should say "Let's Trux it up!" in the absence of Ty. Revvit does the honors.
- Bridge Logic: When a bridge across a chasm has been taken down by the Scraptools, Ty tries to knock over a rock to bridge the gap, but the Scraptools immediately jump on destroying that too.
- Broken Bird: Flynt had tried the hero gig, but when that just got him beaten up by D-Structs, he decided to just become a loner instead.
- Changed My Mind, Kid: After leaving Ty because of having lost to D-Structs, Flynt returns to help Ty fight D-Structs and put out the fire.
- Fire-Forged Friends: Ty earns Flynt's respect after the two of them fight off a Scraptor attack together.
- Graceful in Their Element: Highlighting just how good Scraptools are at destroying vs creating, Ty's attempt to use Bridge Logic is thwarted by the Scraptools destroying the bridge before Ty can even start to cross.
- Making a Splash: As a water truck, Flynt is equipped with a powerful water hose suitable for fighting fire.
- "Metaphor" Is My Middle Name:Revvit: Are you ready, Ton-Ton?

Ton-Ton: It sounded cooler in my head... - Oh, Crap!: The Scraptor attacking Flynt seems surprised by Ty roaring in its face.

- When the Scraptools keep sabotaging Ty's attempt to build a bridge to cross a chasm, he jumps over it instead, so they try to stop him.
Skrap-It: You'll still have to go through us!
(Beat, Ty roars at the Scraptools)
Skrap-It: Well, that settles that. (The Scraptools leave)- At the same time, Ty barely made it across and Flynt is not in the mood to try the jump or have to fight D-Structs, so he leaves too.
- Something We Forgot: Very early on, Click-Clack climbs to the very top of the Garage roof to stay away from the fire. At the end when everyone is going off to celebrate, Click-Clack is still on the roof unsure how to get down.
- Troll: When D-Structs sees the Dinotrux building a jump ramp to escape the fire, he opts not to interrupt their building, but instead to let them finish and throw rocks to hit everyone that tries to jump out of the air.
