A Scraptor attacks the garage, causing the Dinotrux a lot of trouble, especially when Ton-Ton tries to get rid of it but is instead captured by its pack. It's up to the Dinotrux to rescue him before the Scraptors take him apart.
- Distracted by the Shiny: When the group enters the Scraptor Valley for their rescue mission, Revvit seemingly forgets all about the friend in need when he notices all the usable parts among the scrap metal that makes the Scraptors' nests.Revvit: This hive is a treasure trove of spare parts! There's a drive train, bolts and (gasps) Look! A whole pile of prevailing torque nuts!!
Ty: Rev. Focus!
Revvit: You focus! I'm shopping! - Improvised Weapon: Cornered in the Scraptor Valley, the Trux dig an escape tunnel while simultaneously fighting off the Scraptors, using use the rocks dug out of the tunnel as weapons to fling at the scraptors.
- Offscreen Teleportation: A Scraptor slides under Ton-Ton and disappears, somehow getting from there to inside the Garage without anyone noticing.
- Raptor Attack: The Scraptors are vicious pack hunters that capture Trux to tear them apart and build nests out of the scrap metal.
- Tunnel King: As an excavator, it's Ty who comes up with the idea to escape Scraptor Valley by digging a tunnel through the back.
- Worf Had the Flu: Ton-Ton is rendered completely helpless by the Scraptors as they flip him on his back. He's unable to right himself because his hydraulics are broken and haven't been repaired yet.
