Munakata and Makoto set off to have their final confrontation. A big revelation about Chisa is made. Asahina finds Kirigiri's notebook and finds out who is the killer.
- Armor-Piercing Response: When Munakata asks Makoto how he would feel if he discovered the one he loved was a Despair, Makoto responds that while he would be upset, he would still be happy that he met her. This ultimately causes Munakata to realize that Makoto truly is everything he says he is and Munakata is the one going about everything wrong.
