Critical Role is a weekly Dungeons & Dragons stream starring a cast of well-known voice actors. The series began airing on Geek & Sundry's Twitch channel in 2015. Remember, recap pages are Spoilers Off.

Campaign 1: 2015-2017

    Chapter 1: Beneath the Mines of Kraghammer 
Chapter 1 picks up where the home game left off as the party arrives at the dwarven city of Kraghammer in search of a missing paladin. Their investigation takes them to the Greyspine Mines, from which horrendous monstrosities have been emerging to attack the city. What secret lies in the deepest, darkest and most deceptive depths of the caverns beneath Kraghammer, and can Vox Machina put a stop to it?

    Chapter 2: Adventures in Vasselheim 
Chapter 2 finds Vox Machina in Vasselheim after managing to seal away an evil artifact retrieved from the depths of the Underdark. While in town, they break the laws of the city through an unsanctioned slaying of a hydra. In order to escape punishment, they must become certified members of the hunter's guild, the Slayer's Take. This chapter prominently features four Guest Star Party Members, played by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Felicia Day, Will Friedle and Wil Wheaton.

    Chapter 3: Battling the Briarwoods 
Chapter 3 has Vox Machina learning that the Lord and Lady Briarwood are coming to their home city of Emon - and that one of their own has a very personal debt to settle with the noble couple. As it soon turns out, the Briarwoods are indeed vile, violent, and incredibly vicious. Vox Machina is soon convinced to take the fight to the villainous power couple and plan a revolution in the city of Whitestone, but just how far will they go to see that justice— or revenge— is done?

    Chapter 4: Attack of the Conclave 
Chapter 4 sees the past adventures of Vox Machina begin to catch up with our heroes. As old sins become present dangers, Vox Machina finds their home city of Emon under attack by the draconic "Chroma Conclave". This has the party embark on an epic journey to gather the fabled Vestiges of Divergence and save Tal'Dorei from these fearsome foes.

    Chapter 5: Venturing for Vestiges 
Chapter 5 picks up after Vox Machina's first major victory over the Chroma Conclave, but the battle is not over yet. More of the dragons still rule over the ruined cities of Tal'Dorei, and Vox Machina must continue to band together — as friends, as family, and even as something more for some — in order to find any hope in an increasingly bleak situation.

Campaign 2: 2018-present

    Chapter 1: A New Beginning 
This campaign was filmed from the beginning, barring three "Session Zero" private games where most of the players had an adventure in small groups (Taliesin solo, Travis with Laura and Marisha, and Liam with Sam) and worked out their first few abilities and character choices. Chapter 1 is all about the formation of The Mighty Nein and their first few small jobs.

    Chapter 5: Shades of Gray
