Fairview is the first district investigated in Criminal Case: The Conspiracy.
A fancy Suburbia-like neighborhood located in the modernized version of Grimsborough, Fairview focuses on the player adjusting themselves to their return to the city after five long years, meeting up with their old and news teammates alike while learning what has transpired in Grimsborough for the past year or so. At the same time, it also focuses on catching the Rocket Cow Killer, a Serial Killer terrorizing the district and provoking murders by forcing their victims to ingest adulterated energy drinks capable of producing deadly heart attacks.

- Snake in the Grass: A coroner turned veterinarian is killed by a snake at the zoo.
- Hell is Other People: A suburban housewife is found nailed to her picket fence.
- The Saddest of All Keys: A rock star's brain is liquefied before a reunion concert with a sound wave.
- Cross My Heart: A mall business owner is shot in the heart with an arrow during Valentine's Day.
- Too Cruel for School: A high school senior is burned with acid and then strangled to death in a classroom.
- Hear My Cry: A father is killed with a serial killer's tampered energy drink in a forest.
Tropes:
- Action Prologue: While certainly not at the level of Europe, Fairview still deserves a mention due to notably being the first and only district in the franchise to feature a Serial Killer as its main focus, throwing the player into a high-stakes plot from the get-go with only a few pieces of Foreshadowing at the beginning.
- Arc Villain: The Rocket Cow Killer AKA Rosamund Wilcox, a Serial Killer targeting parents who've had a fight with children attending the high school where she serves as the principal, seeing herself as their savior no matter how much trauma she causes to them.
- Recurring Character: The main recurring characters for Fairview are Principal Rosamund Wilcox, Julian Ramis, Dr. Greg Gibbs, Pippa Goldfinch, and to a lesser extent Izzy Ramsey.
- Serial Killer: The main focus of the district is capturing the Rocket Cow Killer, a serial killer who murders parents after they've had a fight with their children at the local high school.
- Standalone Episode: Fairview is notable for being the only district in The Conspiracy to lack any sort of connection to the overall plot of the season, serving more as an introduction to have the player adjust themselves to their return to Grimsborough and new teammates. Even Money Mile, which at first appears to be the same as Fairview in this regard, is revealed to be an Innocuously Important Episode much later in the season.
- Suburbia: Fairview is described to be a fancy, middle to high-class neighborhood in the modernized version of Grimsborough, full of Big Fancy Houses, rich inhabitants, and overall tranquility if one decides to ignore the murderous Serial Killer terrorizing the district.
- Tampering with Food and Drink: The Rocket Cow Killer's signature weapon is Rocket Cow energy drink mixed with amlodipine, an experimental drug used to treat high blood pressure whose effects are elevated to lethal levels after making contact with the aforementioned drink.
