Bayou Bleu is the second district investigated in Criminal Case: Pacific Bay.
Primarily based on Louisiana, Bayou Bleu is a swampy district full of forests, shanty towns, and where common sense hasn't fully settled in, with locals believing in magic and being as unpleasant as possible towards people coming from the city. The main focus of Bayou Bleu is digging into the origins of a voodoo magic craze that has been scaring the residents of the district into submission, as well as uncovering the sinister secrets of the person who started said craze in the first place.
Cases Set in Bayou Bleu
- Bayou Blood: A waiter is impaled through the heart onto a tree in the middle of the swamp.
- Easy Prey: A banker is shot in the stomach within an abandoned amusement park.
- The Root of All Evil: A soldier is fed to a giant plant in the middle of the forest.

Tropes:

In The Climax, it's also revealed that she's a Serial Killer who has been murdering prostitutes working under her whenever they try to escape from her clutches.
- Deep South: Bayou Bleu is clearly inspired by this, with its swamps, plantations, and hillbillies populating the district, not to mention the presence of Hollywood Voodoo across the area.
- Don't Go in the Woods: At least half of the murders in the district happen within the forests of the Bayou.
- Hollywood Voodoo: The main focus of the district is uncovering the origins of a voodoo craze that has the residents scared of the local Witch Doctor, known to perform powerful curses involving Voodoo Dolls and such.
- Recurring Character: The main recurring characters for the Bayou Bleu are Erikah Mabayo, Vanessa Kimmel, Harvey Fitchner, Alec Howard, and Betty-Lou Logan.
- Swamps Are Evil: Considering how many murders happen in here, it's safe to say the swamps of the Bayou Bleu are not a pleasant place to live.
