Flame's journeys take him to The World of Monster Hunter. But there are many surprises along the way...
- Didn't See That Coming: Due to Flame having been taken from his home before Monster Hunter: World was released, he ends up caught off guard by a few things in this universe.
- The first major surprise is when Flame encounters Behemoth, since he never knew that a monster from another series would show up in a mainline Monster Hunter game. The appearance of Geralt of Rivia similarly throws him for a loop.
- Facing an enemy that could literally rip open the fabric of the multiverse and send armies from different universes to his hub was another surprise.
- Fighting Across Time and Space: The final battle of the arc sees Flame and Vivian hopping across the multiverse trying to make it back to the hub while Void throws everything she can to trap them in the universes they visit.
- Massively Multiplayer Crossover: The final battle for the hub sees character from Dungeons 3, Anomaly: Warzone Earth, NieR: Automata, For Honor, Horizon Zero Dawn, and The Witcher all sent to the hub to cause problems for Flame.
- Wham Episode: Oh boy.
- For the first time, Flame has to deal with multiple universes naturally crossing over.
- We finally get a good look at the enemies of the artifacts.
- We learn the true nature of the Artifacts - they and their enemies belong to the same faction (with the artifacts being known as "The Stolen" and being Defectors From Decadence.
- The Artifacts are revealed as deliberately sending Flame to other universes to prepare him for fighting their makers.
- Flame decides to begin training other commanders like him to face the enemies of the artifacts.
- We get confirmation that the enemies of the artifacts are the ones who picked up Hunhow and the Shadow Stalker in the previous chapter.
- The borderline insane final battle of the arc sees the fabric of the multiverse around the hub get shredded, leaving several factions from multiple different universes stranded on the hub, with all that this entails.
