- Achilles' Heel: While Heinrich's chocolate body gives him advantages such as shapeshifting and being able to create an endless stream of chocolate to encase his enemies, being near something too hot such as the sun causes him to melt into an immoveable mass.
- Be Careful What You Wish For: Heinrich originally loved his chocolate-spreading powers, but upon finding that he could only ever eat chocolate from then on, he became enraged at his inability to taste a cheeseburger.
- Big "NO!": Well, Big "NEIN!" in this case anyway, but the meaning's still there, as "Nein" is German for "No". This comes from Heinrich when he and Numbuh 5 battle inside a spacecraft and she gets it close enough to the sun, causing his chocolaty body to melt.
- Black Comedy: The double entendre of chocolatized-Cree "disappearing". (Later episodes reveal she's okay.)
- Blessed with Suck: Heinrich thought his new ability to make anything he touches into chocolate was a dream come true. But only for a while. When he eventually got a craving for cheeseburger, to his shock, he soon learned that every food he takes a bite out of will taste like chocolate.
- Does Not Like Spam: Numbuh 4 claims he's not so big on bitter chocolate. After the events that follow, he likes it even less. Then there is Heinrich being horrified at the discovery of pickles on his cheeseburger at the end of the episode, which he loudly proclaims his hatred of.
- The Faceless: The scene of the Lincoln residence reveals that both dad and mom's faces are seen as this.
- Funetik Aksent: Heinrich spells "I have returned" as "I haff returned".
- Ignored Epiphany: When Numbuh 5 tells Heinrich that Kids Next Door scientists can create a cure for his condition, the latter thinks about it for only a moment before he answers with an ominous "Maybe not..."
- I'm Melting!: The outcome for Heinrich after Numbuh 5 flies her spacecraft towards the sun, making it hot enough for such outcome. Heinrich's melted body is soon transported to the Arctic Base where Kids Next Door scientists were able to cure him.
- Logical Weakness: As chocolate melts in hot temperatures, Heinrich is reduced to a puddle of melted chocolate when Numbuh 5 files her spacecraft to the sun.
- Midas Touch: Falling into chocolate lava turned Heinrich into a chocolate monster and gave him the ability to turn anything he touches into chocolate. He enjoyed it at first until he craved a cheeseburger and wasn't able to eat it since it turned into chocolate the moment he touched it.
- Mining for Cookies: Marshmallows (or "Mars-mallows") are mined from the surface of Mars.
- Never My Fault: Heinrich blames Numbuh 5 for his condition (and even said he outright thanked her for his chocolate spreading powers before finding out he can only taste chocolate), but completely ignores the fact that it was actually Jessica who caused him to fall into the chocolate lava (both to stop him from dumping Numbuhs 2 and 5 and as revenge for turning her stuffed bunny into chocolate) and Numbuh 5 was horrified to see him fall in.
- Not So Above It All: Despite Numbuh 5 being intentionally annoyed with Numbuh 2's puns, she makes one on his behalf as defeats Heinrich by melting him.
- Pet the Dog: After Heinrich is cured and incarcerated, Numbuh 5 visits him to give him the very thing he was craving: a cheeseburger. He is so grateful to Abigail. ...Until he takes a bite and finds pickles on the cheeseburger.
- Pun: On Numbuh 2's behalf, Numbuh 5 tells a melted Heinrich "You can't hurt anyone any-S'mores."
- Sequel Episode: To "Operation: R.A.B.B.I.T."
- Was Once a Boy: Heinrich. He even sadly lampshades "I'm just a hallow shell of a boy..."
