- Artistic License – Medicine: The episode ends with Dr. Lincoln mistaking Bradley's skunk stench for Cree's body odor and tries to remove her sweat glands. In real life, doctors can't operate on their own children.
- The Bus Came Back: Bradley, or Numbuh 6, returns after being absent since "Operation: C.A.M.P".
- Foreshadowing:
- The fact that Numbuhs 2 and 3 are the most focused on saving the injured operative becomes this when it's revealed it's Bradley.
- Numbuh 1 first makes his speculation that babies are turned into adults in hospitals in this episode (while running past the maternity ward), the main storyline for "Operation: D.I.A.P.E.R.".
- Humiliation Conga: Getting a one-sided beatdown was bad enough for Cree. Let alone from a baby skunk. Her father entering the operating room, blaming the smell on her, and threatening to operate to remove her sweat glands is a whole new level of humiliation.
- Sequel Episode: In a sense, this episode is a follow-up to the events of "Operation: C.A.M.P.".
- Ship Tease: Numbuh 4 is gutted when Numbuh 3 declares her love for the injured operative and later says that there's something he needs to tell her... at which point she leans forward eagerly to hear just before Numbuh 4 gets distracted by the smell.Numbuh 3: [Puppy-Dog Eyes] Yeeeees, Numbuh 4?
Numbuh 4: I-um-I wanted to tell you that I think that [gets a whiff of Bradley's stench] P.U. You stink! - So You Were Saying...?: Numbuh 3. After it is established that Numbuh 4 was referring to Bradley's smell when he said she stank.Numbuh 3: So, what did you really want to tell me, Numbuh 4?
Numbuh 4: Oh, umm... your shoe's untied. - Triage Tyrant: Sector V has to get into a hospital to rescue an injured operative who later turns out to be Bradley because operatives who are treated there are being assaulted. Numbuh 1 has no luck with the triage nurse; even though she seems friendly and harmless, she doesn't take his authoritarian demands seriously. Numbuh 5, who is more polite and often the Only Sane Woman of the team, is luckier and gets some information, but is still unable to get them admitted formally. Despite this, seeing as Adults Are Useless in this cartoon (the ones who aren't evil, anyway), sneaking in is surprisingly easy, and no one tries to stop them. Lucky thing too, because Bradley is targeted by the assailant, who happens to be Numbuh 5's evil sister Cree.
- We Can Rebuild Him: After being mortally wounded, Numbuh 2 saves Bradley's life by turning him into a cyborg.
- Wham Line: A worried Numbuh 4 says to Numbuh 3 that she must really like the operative they are trying to save (not knowing it is her adopted son, Bradley the Skunk).Numbuh 3: I don't like him, Numbuh 4. I love him.
Numbuh 4: [looks at her speechless and stunned] - Wham Shot: Cree coming face to face with the operative at the hospital being a skunk.
