The Lyoko warriors attack the Cortex to shut down the super computer, now that XANA has reached 95% power level.
This episode contains examples of:
- An Offer You Can't Refuse: Tyron attempts this on Aelita, until Yumi barges in and blindsides Tyron and escapes.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Tyron fails in killing the Lyoko Warriors, but he does succeed in finding Aelita and telling her of his marriage to her mother. It's also implied the virus Jérémie and Aelita implanted in the Cortex doesn't seem to faze him, meaning he's prepared for this eventuality too. Oh, and the Skid is destroyed too.
- Continuity Nod: Aelita brings up Tyron's unwillingness to help them fight XANA in Confusion, and he's still as much as an Insufferable Genius as he is here.
- Cliffhanger: The show ends with Tyron's supercomputer being shutdown, but the virus Aelita implanted is inert for the time being. XANA is trapped on Tyron's supercomputer, and the crew shut their supercomputer down to prevent XANA from using it.
- Left Hanging A few plot threads are still hanging, such as XANA still being active, but unable to do anything until Tyron reactivates his supercomputer, as well as the status of Aelita's mother.
- Stupid Evil: Tyron doesn't care about XANA, and he's more willing to shutdown his supercomputer to kill off the Lyoko Warriors than to stop XANA, despite Aelita's pleas.
- I Have Your Wife: Tyron tries to bargain with Aelita to leave Kadic and turn off the supercomputerm, and in return, she can see her mother again.
- The Reveal: Aelita's mother married Tyron, making Tyron Aelita's stepfather. Tyron admits it wasn't out of love, but to get all the data that she knows about Hoppers' work out of her, and she only stick around because of what she knows.
- Spell My Name With An S: William does not like being called "Will", especially by Odd.
- Tracking Device: Tyron planted a GPS tracker in Aelita's mothers locket.
