Beavis and Butt-Head attempt to get rich quick by using wasps to make honey.
Tropes
- The Bus Came Back: The first appearance of Tom Anderson in the revival, surprisingly enough, considering he is a WWII veteran.
- Call-Back: Beavis ranting at the "bees" about their laziness like a disrespected parent might be a callback to the episode, "Sprout", where, to make the corn grow, he and Butt-Head ranted at it the same way.
- Comedic Sociopathy: Butt-Head, as usual, laughs at Beavis when he gets attacked by the wasps.
- Get-Rich-Quick Scheme: The pair tries to grow honey from bees after realizing that Ellen and Van Driessen sold a single jar for $50.
- Insane Troll Logic: Beavis and Butt-Head think a wasp's nest is a bee's nest and the shampoo from their shower is honey. When Van Dreissen tries to correct them, they assume the bees were so stupid that they instead made shampoo.Van Driessen: Guys, these are not bees. They're wasps. Wasps don't make honey.
Butt-Head: We know, dumbass! They made shampoo. - Insistent Terminology: Van Driessen refers to Ellen as his "lady friend" rather than his girlfriend.
- Mythology Gag: Tom Anderson, who was the inspiration for Hank Hill, warns the boys about the wasp's nest and how he wants to call an exterminator, a possible reference to Hank's exterminator friend, Dale Gribble.
- Older Than They Look: Anderson's aged surprisingly well over the time skip; he doesn't look a day older than when we last saw him in the 90s, despite being a WWII vet.
- Scary Stinging Swarm: The duo's captive wasps go into scary stinging swarm mode several times, unsurprisingly. By the episode's end, they've attacked Mr. Van Driessen, Ellen, Butt-Head, and (particularly) Beavis.
Music videos
- Call-Back: When Butt-Head kicks Beavis out for liking BTS, Beavis brings up the fact that it's actually his house.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Butt-Head kicks Beavis out of his own house for dancing along to BTS music, claiming that he'd rather see Beavis defecating on the couch or doing homework than dancing to a K-Pop boy band's music.
- Dumbass Has a Point: When Butt-Head tries to kick Beavis out for daring to dance along to BTS, the latter tells him that it's actually his house, a fact which was revealed in Do the Universe.
- Get Out!: Butt-Head does this to Beavis when he catches him dancing along to BTS' "Dynamite".
- Hidden Depths: Beavis reveals himself to be a BTS ARMY, knowing all the names of the members and even dancing along to "Dynamite". He tries (and fails) to hide it from Butt-Head when he accidentally gushes over them in front of him.
