- Loophole Abuse: The entire episode is built on this.
- Butt-Head realizes that he can use the bathroom, which is not technically working, and still get paid for it. As expected, he and Beavis abuse this by hanging out in the bathroom, even setting up a television set and eating fast food.
- Later, a lawyer tells the Burger World Manager that legally, an employee is entitled to take a bathroom break as long as they want. Of course, the two now think the Burger World Manager can be sued for this and hang out in the bathroom during the lunch rush.
- Nobody Poops: Averted. Butt-Head took a while in the bathroom because he had to take a dump, which disgusts the customers.
- Poor Communication Kills: The Burger World Manager could've explained to the lawyer that Beavis and Butt-Head were taking advantage of the bathroom break system in order to avoid working.
- Potty Emergency: The Burger World Manager ends up peeing outside, as Beavis and Butt-Head stalled up in the employee bathroom. The police catch him.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Beavis and Butt-Head return to the bathroom after a young customer shows up, asking his mother for a milkshake.
