- Failed a Spot Check: The episode begins with the duo heading to the gas station to fill up their car. The only problem? They forgot the car. Taken further when Butt-Head isn't sure how they managed to get to the station in the first place, despite having just walked there.
- Friends with Benefits: The duo believe that the recruiter wants this type of relationship when she brings up that the job has "benefits." They later think they will only get it from the male HR rep. Butt-Head seems okay with the idea anyway.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: The recruiter dooms the automated warehouse and likely the company she works for when she gets Beavis and Butt-Head to sign on for a job in it.
