Mindy in Wonderland: An Affectionate Parody of Alice in Wonderland starring Buttons and Mindy.

Ralph's Wedding: Ralph has a dream in which he gets married... to Chicken Boo.

All Just a Dream: It turns out that the entire short was just a dream of the Brain's.
The Cameo:
- The Delivery Stork is actually a recurring Looney Tunes character by the name of the Drunk Stork. He previously appeared in such shorts as Baby Bottleneck, A Mouse Divided, and Apes of Wrath (the 1959 remake of Gorilla My Dreams.
- In addition, the "little man from the draft board" from Draftee Daffy also appears.
Crossover: Between the Hip Hippos and Pinky and the Brain.
Delivery Stork: One of these, specifically the Drunk Stork from Looney Tunes, delivers the Brain to the hippos, though here he's portrayed as more generally dopey than drunk due to this show being aimed at a younger demographic.

Affectionate Parody: Of Alice in Wonderland.
Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: After Buttons is punished, again, Mindy says to him, "Fuzzy bunny good. But Fuzzy Buttons better" and hugs him.
Call-Back: As Mindy falls down the rabbit hole, she floats by items from earlier episodes - the lollipop from "Operation Lollipop", the car from "The Mindy 500", and the train from "Whistle Stop Mindy".
The Cameo:
- An off-model Rita (of "Rita and Runt" for those unaware) plays the Cheshire Cat. Strangely, in the credits she is listed as "The Cheshire Cat" as opposed to Rita.
- Of course Yakko, Wakko, Dot, and Ralph run by during the chase scene at the end.
Shout-Out: Tweedledee and Tweedledum are turned into caricatures of Jim Carrey and Jeff Bridges and given the names "Tweedledum and Tweedledumber".

All Just a Dream: It turns out that the short was just a dream Ralph was having. You probably could've expected that, since it was established that Ralph already has a wife.
Porky Pig Pronunciation: Daaahhh, Ralph has invited everyone to his nupti—, eh, nupshi—, eh, to his wedding.

Take That!: The episode's gag credit is a nod to the "Big Kids Go First" promotion that Kids' WB! was doing around the time the episode premiered and how it was basically a way to sabotage the ratings of certain shows that appealed more to adult viewers than the target kid audience.
