Taylor finally has an in with a particularly odious group of teenage girls Katie calls the "Blondetourage", but it would require ditching her only real friend, a nerdy girl named Ellen. Katie refuses to allow this so Taylor has to approach Oliver, whose latest scheme involves throwing off the tracking devices in cell phones so that he can afford to buy a $500 pair of sneakers he's been eyeing. Meanwhile, Anna-Kat wants to start walking to school on her own and so Katie, fearful of how quickly her youngest is growing up, decides to "remind" her of the potential for natural disasters to befall her.
