Having recovered the kingdom from Koto, Julien is eager to to get a fresh start on rebuilding the kingdom. Meanwhile, Clover and Sage look for a new place to re-establish the mountain lemur kingdom.

- All for Nothing: After searching several sites, Sage ultimately decides to just rebuild the Mountain Lemur Kingdom where it originally was. Clover isn't entirely thrilled with the waste of time.
- All Just a Dream: After Julien's dream sequence, he is initially lead to believe the entire Exiled saga was all a dream, but Maurice corrects him that all actually happened.
- Call-Back:
- The over the top dream sequence the episode opens on is very similar the over the top dream sequence the show opens on, evoking the idea of the episode that Julien is ready to start the kingdom over again.
- The plot point of Sage looking for a new place to call home is because Koto had the Mountain Lemur Kingdom burned to the ground.
- Faking the Dead: When Julien's attempts to make a better kingdom keep failing, he ultimately resorts to pretending to have a heart attack from the stress, which successfully turns him into a martyr and convinces the kingdom to try and better themselves.
- Hand Wave: When Julien decides to turn himself into an Inspirational Martyr, Maurice questions him what he's gonna do when people find out he's alive, but Julien just assures him that no one will care in like a week or two. Sure enough, by the next episode Julien holds a meeting that only one lemur can be heard wondering to himself if Julien is supposed to be dead or not.
- Heel–Face Turn: With Sage as his new king, Mountain Lemur Captain decides to put his experience in raiding and pillaging kingdoms to use and becomes a real estate agent instead.
- He's Not My Boyfriend: Clover gets violent whenever someone suggests that Sage is her boyfriend.
- Political Overcorrectness: In trying to create a conflict-free kingdom, Julien enabled his subjects to attack each other. He gives them air horns to drown out hurtful words, which just led them to blast them at each other for no reason.
- Previously on…: The episode opens on a dream sequence recapping an exaggerated telling of the events of Exiled followed by an extended sequence where Maurice and Clover correct him on what actually happened.
- Ship Tease: When Clover announces she's going with Sage to help him find a new kingdom, Maurice teases her about the fact that they are more or less going house-hunting together.
- Sound-Effect Bleep: King Julien gives everyone air horns so they can prevent hearing anything that might distress them.Pancho: Boy I sure hope the water is warmer than yesterday, I nearly froze my-(Horst sounds air horn) ha-ha!
