Basic Trope: The norm for breast sizes in a work appears to be larger than in real life.
- Straight: Every woman has larger breasts than expected in real life, save for the A-Cup Angst comic relief.
- Exaggerated: All of the women in the work have breasts so large it borders on unrealistic.
- Downplayed:
- Most women are average-sized, but a significant portion of the main cast are noticeably buxom.
- Many of the characters have larger-than-average breasts for their body types, but they're still within believable range - the tall, retrangle-shaped Alice is somewhere between B- and C-cup range, for example.
- Justified:
- There was a Super Breeding Program in the past which coincidentally lead to all females in the setting having genes for large breasts.
- The setting is a Big, Fat Future so most to all people are super fat, leading to big boobs being normal.
- Technology has advanced to the point that people can look exactly how they want to at a minimum of cost and effort. Add in Buxom Beauty Standard, and...
- Inverted:
- Every woman has a cup size that isn't larger than A, and some even have holes in their chests where breasts should be.
- Every woman has large hips and big butts, it's heaven for the ass man.
- Every man in the show is packing ten inches minimum.
- Subverted:
- Some of the female cast turns out to be padding their chests.
- That's just the art style making breasts look two cups larger than they are supposed to be.
- Double Subverted: ... One or two of them do, anyway. The rest are all natural.
- Parodied:
- The moment a girl enters puberty, a pair of adult breasts shoots out of their chest, which proceeds to grow even larger for the next few days.
- All of the adult characters in the story have huge breasts... INCLUDING the men.
- Zig Zagged: Following from Double Subverted, a new group of characters is introduced, some of them rather flat... But then they start wearing padding. And a few perform surgery which turns out flawless, leaving them with natural-looking large breasts...
- Averted: Characters all either have default size breasts, or the sizes vary within realistic boundaries.
- Enforced:Producer: Most of the people watching this will be men, very lonely men. Let's make all of the characters attractive enough to make them want to stay, if you know what I mean.
Director: ... I should just either hire big-breasted women or ask them to start padding like hell? Got it. - Lampshaded:Bob: I'm sorry, do you work here? I'm supposed to transfer to a school in the vicinity, and this kind citizen told me that it was the place where even the youngest students were... h-how should I put this...Claire: 'Seriously stacked'? Heard it a million times. ... Long as you don't ask how we turned out this way, you'll be fine.
- Invoked: The Super Breeding Program mentioned under Justified did not have the increased breast size as a side effect - it was the whole point.
- Exploited:
- The people born in this program would then be put into espionage careers, or other lines of work where seduction could be needed.
- The town's tourism brochures proudly display the average bust size.
- Defied: Quoth the Mad Scientist: "We are not going through with this breeding program until we can find a way to create the perfect human that does not involve giving all the women permanent back pains."
- Discussed:Bob: So I got myself a new job at an all-girls' school teaching. I memorized the schedule. I got taught how to hold a class without getting nervous. Anything else I need to do before I go there?

Bob: You don't need to say any more. - Conversed:Kim: As much as I like the sympathetic characters in this show, I'm glad I don't live in it. Imagine these people during gym class.
Alice: Know what you mean. How many bras do you think they snap every year? - Implied:
- In a written work, a woman reads an excerpt from her diary for a dare: "Got mocked for being flat again today. Feel like the only one at work - no, scratch that - the only one in the whole city like this..." None of the listeners object that this would be impossible with such a large population, not even the typically overly literal narrator.
- The author tends to describe the breast sizes of the characters. The descriptions all use different words for "big-breasted".
- Deconstructed: Every woman ends up suffering from back problems, which makes young girls and especially physically active Tomboys scared of their own bodies. Thus, given the majority of bras are primarily made for the same size, it isn't uncommon for women to have breast binding or removal done- Thus completely negating the whole purpose of breasts.
- Reconstructed: Being the product of an ancient Super Breeding Program, every human possesses great physical abilities- Thus the coincidental large breasts are a non-issue, and bras are personally tailored or made out of form-fitting materials.
- Played For Drama: All women have impressively huge breasts- And also back pain. Girls are understandably nervous about growing up whilst the older women are bitter about the lifestyle forced on them.
