- Straight: Emperor Evulz is known to be working for some kind of Eldritch Abomination named T'Veah Tir'opius, which is never shown.
- Exaggerated: We never learn anything about the mysterious Greater-Scope Villain at all. In fact, the audience is totally left clueless as to how Emperor Evulz is getting billions of dollars in funding and those Satanic powers to create strange, corrupted hellbeasts.
- Downplayed: T'Veah Tir'opius is The Faceless, but hints at his true nature or at least his stature are occasionally given. He might be shown framed in shadow in one scene, for instance.
- Justified: It can only communicate with Evulz through a special device that doesn't show video.

- T'Veah Tir'opius is shown fairly early on.
- Bob works for Goddess Troperia, who we never see.

- It looks like it is going to remain hidden for the rest of the story, but then T'Veah Tir'opius shows up to deal with The Hero.
- Or the villain tries to keep Hidden in the Dark... but Bob flips the light switch in the room revealing his appearance.
- Double Subverted: But this is in a false form, and everyone is still clueless what it actually looks like.
- Parodied: It's actually Evulz's girlfriend.

- T'Veah Tir'opius have multiple forms that are often seen but the true form is the rarest seen.
- Enforced: The writers couldn't think of a way to make it as scary as the felt was appropriate, so they let the viewers fill it in themselves.
- Lampshaded: "Why can't I ever meet you in person?"
- Invoked: Evulz carries out dark rituals to find a creature that can help him in his plots, not caring he will have to take its orders.
- Exploited: Because Evulz doesn't know what it looks like, Bob starts sending fake orders that conflict with the real ones.
