- Bob's not the only guy who's come to Wikistan to have lots of sex, and between the girls he sleeps with and the guys they've slept with he contracts several venereal diseases.
- Wikistan is an extremely poor country where many locals turn to prostitution because there's just not much else available. Bob's hedonistic joy is in stark contrast to the poverty of his partners, who are visibly not doing this for fun, and their surroundings. While everything is technically legal, it all feels uncomfortably exploitative.
