Basic Trope: A being is inside of another being, and leaves that body through one of the being's natural openings (even if that opening isn't the most realistic to use).

  • Straight: A creature possessed Alice by leaping into her mouth. When it's job is done, Alice returns to the place she found it, and it leaves through her mouth, and Alice snaps out of her trance, wondering what happened.
  • Exaggerated: Alice has a family of such creatures inside her, and they all decide to leave at the same time, using every orifice available.
  • Downplayed: ???
  • Justified: The creature finds it's easier to leave the same way it came in.
  • Inverted: The creature does an Orifice Invasion on Alice.
  • Subverted: The creature decides to leave Alice, but tries forcing its way through her stomach.
  • Double Subverted: Then the creature realized it was just a bit too high, and leaves through Alice's navel.
  • Parodied:
    • The creature looks like a rabbit, and it leaves rear end first through her mouth, so it can sweep up any hairs it might have shed upon entering and leaving Alice's throat.
    • The creature makes a door appear by magic just above Alice's chest. It leaves through there, and the door disappears.
  • Zig Zagged: ???
  • Averted: The creature just stays in Alice's body.
  • Enforced: The film would get an R rating if it was a Chest Burster, so it leaves cleanly through Alice's mouth to keep it PG-13.
  • Lampshaded: "If another person vomits up an alien, I'm gonna lose it."
  • Invoked: A symbiotic creature inside Alice says it's leaving for a while, and Alice opens her mouth wide, so that it won't leave through a more uncomfortable opening again.
  • Exploited: As soon as Alice feels the creature moving up her throat, she walks over to a cage, puts it in front of her mouth, and before the creature knows what happened, Alice has it trapped.
  • Defied: The creature in rabbit form feels really soft inside Alice (like being petted from within), so she finds ways to prevent it from leaving her body.
  • Discussed: ???
  • Conversed: ???
  • Implied: Alice opens her mouth, and the next shot is a table where the creature plops down.
  • Deconstructed: Alice kills the creature by biting down very hard when it's trying to crawl out.
  • Reconstructed: The creature's shell is too hard to bite through.
