Basic Trope: A woman reprimands a man for inappropriately staring at her chest.
- Straight: Alice and Bob are having dinner together. Alice snaps at Bob to look at her face, instead of where he was looking.
- Exaggerated:
- Alice snaps if Bob merely looks as low as her neck.
- Bob stared at Alice's tits despite being told to watch Evul's cell. Evuls escapes and the entire town repremands him for his lust and negligence.
- Downplayed: Alice asks Bob to glance upward at least once in a while.
- Justified:
- Alice doesn't want him looking, because he might see down her cleavage and notice she hid her weapon in there.
- Alice, for whatever reason, is anything but happy with her breasts in general.
- Alice is trying to have a serious conversation with Bob. Bob is too horny to actually think or pay attention.
- Inverted:
- Alice pleads for Bob to stop looking at her eyes so much. She has other attractive parts, you know.
- Bob is looking at her hairdo, headwear, or something on her head, and Alice is telling him off for that.
- "Ahem... my tits are down here."
- Gender Inverted:
- Bob, wearing an ass-distracting tight shirt at the time, asks Alice to stop staring at his package.
- Alice was too distracted by Bob's ripped body.
- Subverted:
- Bob was just looking at her Fun T-Shirt.

- They are just a few feet apart, but Bob pulls out a pair of binoculars.
- Alice flashes her boobs at Bob while telling him to stop looking at them.
- Alice has directional arrows pointing to her face all over her body, since she knows there is no part of her that isn't somebody's fetish. This includes her socks, her earrings, her nails, and even her armpits (she even shaved the hair into arrow shapes).
- Alice is wearing a Fun T-Shirt that has her nipples printed on it, the text below them reading "Better?"
- Bob is looking Alice directly in the eyes, but she still tells him to look at her in the eyes.
- Bob is behind Alice and looking at the back of her head. She thinks he's looking at her butt and asks/tells him to look at her eyes. Bob asks if Alice has literal eyes in the back of her head, and she parts her hair in the back to reveal them.
- Alice points at her chest when asking Bob to look her in the eyes. Alice's "boobs" are actually eyes themselves.
- Zig-Zagged: Alice wears bras and panties with the phrase written on them. This causes Bob to think they're just cheeky references she would only show lovers in private, but Alice gets angry about it when he asks.
- Averted:
- Alice just bought a designer Fur Bikini, so she doesn't mind if Bob stares.
- Alice is wearing a coat hides her entire figure.
- Alice has no eyes.
- Alice has no breasts or any other possibly sexual anatomy.
- Enforced: "Bob, are you serious? I'm wearing a loose turtleneck sweater and you still can't look me in the eyes?"
- Lampshaded: Bob looks at Alice's cleavage conspicuously prompting a brisk: "Yes, my breasts are real. No, I don't have time for this. Now, EYES UP HERE!!"
- Invoked: Alice wears a top with an Impossibly-Low Neckline, but not to mess with Bob's head when she tells him to look up. She just also wants him to see the designer shades she bought.
- Exploited:
- I Have Boobs, You Must Obey!.
- Kyle leaks the camera footage to the internet to publicly humiliate both of them.
- The local mimic replaces his basic chest form with a more provocative kind. Bob stares at her breasts instead of looking for any signs that she is a mimic. The mimic repeats this like an infinite food glitch.
- Defied:
- Bob is gay or asexual. He never looks at Alice's cleavage or only casually.
- Alice gets her boobs removed so that Bob sees her as a person instead of a porn model
- Discussed: Bob and Alice then have a discussion about how often this happens in bad sitcoms.
- Conversed: Bob and Alice are planning a script for their Show Within a Show, and then try to come up with a bunch of funny comebacks the boyfriend can give when told this.
- Implied: Bob has his eyes downcast, Alice coughs sternly, and then Bob is looking straight ahead.
- Deconstructed: Their relationship is strained because Bob pays more attention to Alice's tits than Alice herself. The objectification also causes Alice self esteem issues as she worries about Bob not really loving her and only caring about the tits.
- Reconstructed: Bob confesses that he truly loves Alice, but has an impulsive obsession with breasts that he has a hard time handling.
- Played for Laughs: Bob and Alice enter the Realm of Eyeballs. Alice is horrified, but Bob does not notice a thing. Bob was only looking at her tits, to the eye rolls of both her and the creature right behind them.
- Played for Drama: This trope is used to convey that Bob only cares about Alice's body.
